A guide to laying Lineflex Fleece Backed EPDM membrane using spray contact adhesive.
Step 1
The deck must be dry and clean before laying the membrane. Spray apply contact adhesive to both deck and fleece and allow to touch dry.
Step 2
Carefully mate the membrane onto the adhesive and repeat the process on the other side.
Step 3
Carefully position adjoining sheet, overlap by 50mm and adhere as before.
Step 4
Seal the rubber with a hot air welder using a silicone roller at a rate of 2.5m per minute at 220 degrees (level 4).
